BAFA Annual Conference

The 48th BAFA Annual Conference will take place at the Hilton Hotel,  Brighton - from 1100 am on Tuesday 17 April to lunch-time on Thursday 19 April. 

The Annual Conference provides the opportunity for delegates to present their current research, develop their academic network, and an opportunity for the professional bodies and publishers to meet with academics and promote dialogue between them. 

At this year's event a special session on ABS Journal Rankings (with ABS invited speakers) and REF/REF Impact Case Studies has been organised and will take place on Thursday 19 April, 12.30 to 1.30 pm.

Papers are invited in all areas of accounting and finance.  Anyone wishing to present their work should submit full papers by 4 January 2012 using the link on the right hand side of this page.

All papers are peer reviewed before being accepted for presentation at the conference and authors will be notified of acceptance of papers by the end of February 2012.  Accepted papers are not reproduced in any BAFA publication.

Delegates wishing to attend without presenting can register up until 31 March 2012.
