Annual Conference Registration
Important - It is a requirement that that all attendees must be a current member of BAFA for the 2012 subscription period (1 January to 31 December). If your membership is not-up-to-date at the time of the conference, your registration may be cancelled. If you are unsure whether you are a current member of BAFA, please contact the BAFA Administrator at bafa@shef.ac.uk.
The registration fees are as follows:
Salaried Delegates
- £300 - current members;
- £330 - including BAFA 2012 membership fee.
Non-Salaried PhD Students/Retired Delegates
- £150 - current members;
- £165 - including BAFA 2012 membership fee.
The above fees include:
- attendance throughout the event (please note that there is no reduced rate for partial attendance);
- all conference material;
- refreshments and lunches throughout the event;
- attendance at the Award drinks reception (Tuesday 17 April) and the Conference Dinner (Wednesday 18 April) - tickets to attend these events will be issued at registration.
If you would like a non-delegate (e.g. partner, friend) to attend the conference dinner with you, then you can also book a place on-line as part of your registration.
Note:
- the above fees do not include overnight accommodation;
- registration is open until Wednesday 29 February (for delegates presenting their work) and 31 March 2012 (for delegates attending but not presenting);
- no refunds will be given for cancellations made after Wednesday 29 February and any payment received will be held by the University of Sheffield on behalf of BAFA.
On-line registration will be available from 1 December.
