Exhibitors

The fees are as follows:

  • £300 - exhibition stand and a copy of conference material;
  • £160 - representative fee (note, at least one representative must be attendance throughout the event) and this fee covers the cost of lunches and refreshments throughout the event, and attendance at the Awards Reception.

Note:

  • due to venue constraints there are a limited number of exhibitors spaces available so these will be allocated on a first-come basis;
  • if representatives would like to book a place(s) at the conference dinner, this can be done via the Non-Delegate Conference dinner option on the on-line registration and payment (see link on the left hand side of this page);
  • no refunds will be given for cancellations made after Wednesday 29 February and any payment received will be held by the University of Sheffield on behalf of BAFA.
