BAFA RESPONSE TO THE STERN REVIEW
Following a Call for Evidence, Professor Ian Tonks (Chair of CPAF) submitted a joint response from BAFA, CPAF and CDAF to Lord Stern’s Review of the Research Excellence Framework (REF) on 23 March 2016 (Submission deadline date 24 March 2016). This response was put together following consultation through the BAFA Committee Structures and this consultation process resulted in several versions being produced before the final document was submitted. Lord Stern is expected to deliver his review of the REF to the government in Summer 2016.
