About Us

A very warm welcome to the British Accounting and Finance Association – South-East Area Group (BAFA-SEAG). The main purpose of the group is to advance research and scholarship in diverse topics related to accounting, finance, and banking, primarily in the South-East area of England. We encourage collaboration and dissemination of ideas among accounting academics and non-academics through organising annual events and conferences.

Each year, we hold an annual conference inviting collaboration from academics and non-academics, specifically to support PhD students and early career researchers.

Our next conference will be organised in June 2027. We will share more information on this soon.
